Job summary

Premier Housing Management in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to support corporate and site maintenance operations. You will coordinate facilities, staffing, and project work, and ensure invoicing and reporting accuracy.

The role requires four years' experience in property management or facilities, proficiency with Yardi, ADP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. This is an in-office position offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to support MN, IA, and ND properties.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in property management or maintenance/facilities.
• Experience with YARDI and ADP preferred; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe required.

Responsibilities

• Facilities operations management and coordination of staffing, training and scheduling.
• Provide data collection and reporting for facilities and invoicing for the department.
• Coordinate with Property Management and PCS teams to support project requirements and timelines.
