Job summary

Texas Department of Transportation in Fort Worth seeks Maintenance Office Support Tech I or II for the Cleburne office. You will handle phones, meetings, onboarding, procurement, data entry, timesheets and more in a fast-paced public-facing role.

The position requires strong communication with the public and stakeholders, organization, and the ability to work onsite at 2501 SW Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76133. Salary range is $35,439–$58,045 with opportunities across two levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required. (experience can be satisfied by prior work).
• Valid driver’s license; driving a state vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, evaluate requests, route messages and act as receptionist.
• Maintain and update office files/records/logs across multiple programs.
• Assist with data entry, calendars, and scheduling meetings.
• Process receipts and invoices for payment.
