Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support in a maintenance office or district headquarters.
• Answers telephone, evaluates requests, directs messages, and serves as receptionist/front desk assistant.
• Maintains and updates office files/records/logs and supports personnel, finance, budgeting, inventory, contracts, purchasing, travel information, and permitting activities.
• Prepares statistical reports and verifies accuracy; processes receipts and invoices for payment.
• Coordinates with district warehouse personnel on surplus property sales and inventory management.
• Assists with data entry for construction record-keeping and prepares recurring or one-time reports.
