Join to apply for the Maintenance Mechanic - Second Shift role at Jagemann Stamping Company.

Jagemann Stamping is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic to provide mechanical maintenance, service, and repair support to the facility and equipment. The successful candidate will improve equipment performance and reduce downtime through skilled problem solving and regular maintenance.

Responsibilities

1. Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronics diagnostics using indicators, gauges, and test equipment (dial indicators, bore gauges, hardness tester, multi-meters, meggers, etc.).
2. Repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components on production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts.
3. Design and fabricate components needed for repair, modification, and installation of equipment and projects.
4. Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting and planning activities.
5. Read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process schematics and procedures.
6. Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled or as necessary.
7. Follow Environmental Health & Safety procedures.
8. Demonstrate skills in industrial maintenance with self-motivation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair abilities specific to Jagemann Stamping Company.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School diploma; vocational training in mechanics, welding, or machine repair is a plus.
• Minimum three years of industrial maintenance experience; electrical experience is a plus.
