Job summary

Watts is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility systems in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced mechanical systems, working closely with engineering to implement new equipment and processes.

The role focuses on uptime, safety, and reliability in a production setting, with responsibilities spanning diagnostics, repairs, and collaborative improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on electrical experience 0–480V.
• PLC-controlled equipment experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• LOTO, confined space, hot work, and elevated work safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical failures and perform repairs.
• Maintain production equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and motors.
• Repair and overhaul machinery to OEM specs.
• Support preventative maintenance and PM programs.
• Collaborate with engineers on new equipment and line moves.
• Read blueprints and interpret manuals and drawings.
