Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a safe, productive facility. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including robots and automated equipment, while following TPM and LEAN practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals and technical drawings.
• Proficient with CMMS and preventive maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, OSHA, and LOTO protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation equipment.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, scissor lifts, power tools, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on HVAC, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment installations, upgrades, and layout changes.
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and track work orders and parts.
