Job summary

Qualified candidates typically hold an associate degree or technical certificate with 3–5 years of relevant experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and LOTO knowledge. Strong reading of drawings is required and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or vocational cert in a mechanical/electrical field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in industrial or DC environments.
• Welding, burning, cutting; reading electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, PLCs and related equipment.
• Familiar with DC-specific software and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements per OSHA; follow lockout/tagout rules.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain facility conveyance systems.
• Document PM work and parts usage; manage spare parts inventory.
• Train junior technicians to improve troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete DC projects safely.
• Perform additional duties to support DC operations.
