Qualifications

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience diagnosing mechanical malfunctions on high-speed manufacturing lines.
Ability to read schematics for hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunctions and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify equipment and components.
Assemble and install mechanical components and systems using a variety of tools.
Work on pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating and plumbing as needed.
Operate hand and power tools and wear PPE as required.
Be on call nights and weekends to respond to emergencies.
