Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical issues.
• Familiarity with PLC-5 and SLC-500 or similar industrial controllers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction and performs maintenance.
• Adjusts, calibrates, aligns and modifies equipment.
• Assembles and installs mechanical components and systems.
• Repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and plumbing.
• Carpentry for buildings and fixtures as needed.
• Operates hand and power tools and uses PPE.
• Maintains tools and machinery in good condition; follows safety rules.
• On-call nights and weekends for emergencies.
