Advantage Technical is hiring a Skilled Maintenance Mechanic for our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, respond to line calls, and support installation and setup to keep operations flowing.

The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with high-speed automation. You will work 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with overtime and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to line calls and mechanical issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Install, set up, and test new machinery.
• Support continuous improvement of equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work independently to resolve issues in a high-demand environment.
