Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components, and support installation and commissioning of new machinery. Strong safety adherence and documentation are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of injection molding maintenance experience and knowledge of injection molding machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing machines and utilities function at top performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, replacing defective parts such as motors, sensors, valves, belts, and bearings.
• Assist in installation, setup and testing of new machinery and production lines.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies during production.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and logs.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
