Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join our team. The role focuses on overseeing and repairing production facility equipment, performing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting electrical phases, and supporting injection molding lines.

The position requires multiple years in industrial maintenance, hands-on skills in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and a strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.
• One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical – such as Three Phase.
• Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience with pneumatics.
• Experience with injection molding - high speed

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
• Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
• Perform equipment installation and welding.
• Records work done on forms provided.
• Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
• Performs equipment changeovers.
• Maintain injection mold lines - high speed
• Other duties as assigned.
