Job summary
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, seeks an experienced Mechanic 3 for a full-time weekend-day role in Ripon, WI. This hands-on maintenance position requires diagnosing and repairing production machinery across motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and conveyors in a fast-paced environment.
You will use CMMS to manage work orders, document repairs, and support safe operation of equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance/manufacturing experience required.
- Hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Motor, hydraulic, and pneumatic system troubleshooting required.
- CMMS experience and ability to generate work orders required.
- Ability to read diagrams, sketches, manuals.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electric motors and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Maintain pumps and conveyors.
- Create and manage maintenance work orders in CMMS.
- Read diagrams and manuals to guide repairs.
- Prepare new machinery for operation.
- Conduct technical testing for safety and efficiency.
