Job summary

Franklin Hospital in Farmington, Maine is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic III to join our Engineering team. The role involves complex duties across plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and carpentry trades, as well as responding to emergencies and performing preventative maintenance.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • License/Certifications: 3rd or 4th Class Stationary Steam Engineer, State licensure as a Master Electrician, Master Plumber, HVAC Controls Tech, or 6040 Medical Gas Certification required.
  • Experience: Four years of related experience in the following: HVAC, machine maintenance, medical gases, plumbing, electrical training required.
