Job summary

The Doe Run Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II at the Buick Resource Recycling Division in Boss, MO. The role focuses on maintaining equipment to ensure process safety and minimize downtime, with on-the-job training and career growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $28.74/hour plus a 5% targeted monthly bonus; benefits start day 1 and generous vacation after 90 days. This is a hands-on, safety-focused position located in Boss, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Level I maintenance training completed; Level II Maintenance Assessment Test passed.
• Minimum of two years in a mechanical maintenance role; or four years if no technical training.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with Level I and III Maintenance personnel for timely repair services.
• Assist in installation of new equipment and modification of existing equipment.
• Assist in plant upgrades to improve production and efficiency.
• Manage storage area, shipments, and relocation of waste containers to Hazardous Waste Storage Areas.
• Follow EHS policies and best practices; report unsafe acts or conditions; support continuous improvement in EHS performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
