The Doe Run Company is seeking a Battery Yard Truck Driver to operate mobile equipment for plant operations at the Buick Resource Recycling Division in Boss, MO. This 12-hour rotating role requires safe operation of jockey trucks and adherence to site rules, with duties including moving trailers, weighing loads, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge related to the operation of jockey trucks and proper movement of trailers.
• Ability to follow speed limits and job site rules with respect to traffic.
• Ability to identify material within trailers to facilitate proper transport.
• Ability to use scales and follow proper weighing procedures.
• Background in maintenance and mechanics related to jockey truck and trailer.

Responsabilidades

• Drive spotter/jockey truck to move trailers from storage points to receiving docks.
• Scale loads for shipping and receiving.
• Move materials and finished goods to points of usage.
• Perform safe driving of mobile equipment.
• Verify mechanical condition of jockey truck and trailer; maintain equipment.
• Park equipment in safe condition.
• Complete tasks in a safe and environmentally compliant manner by following EHS policies; support peers and report unsafe acts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
