Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance mechanic in manufacturing with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills focused on mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to troubleshoot 480V motors and 3‑phase electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment and machines to support safe, efficient production.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment failures in a timely manner.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and packaging equipment, including bottling lines.
• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot production equipment and instruments.
• Lead and assist with production line changeovers to improve speed and accuracy.
