Qualifikationen

• Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner.
• Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and demonstrate competence with hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals to assist with tasks.
• Clearly explain conditions and situations while troubleshooting and work with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Must be able to work all shifts and hours as scheduled.
• Comply with corporate and facility policies and dress code; strong written and oral communications are required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local codes, specifications, and ordinances is expected.
• May perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations; may maintain campus grounds and other maintenance duties.
