Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, install, improve and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation/modification of building equipment.
• Procure service contracts and repair work for facility fixtures.
• Source services related to chemical delivery and removal.
• Coordinate with management and consultants on regulatory needs.
• Serve as point of contact with local emergency management on alarms.
• Address problems promptly and suggest savings opportunities.
• Maintain logs and prepare required reports.
• Operate material handling equipment and lifts per procedures.
