Qualifications
- Expert level troubleshooting skills with hands-on approach to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical failures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment and presses using manuals and manufacturer support.
- Ability to work from maintenance schedules, drawings, diagrams, specs, prints and written/verbal instructions.
Responsibilities
- Locate and diagnose complex equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions.
- Execute the preventive maintenance plan according to PM schedule.
- Participate in special projects for equipment upgrades and installations.
- Perform inspections to determine repair and maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns.
- Perform all functions of Maintenance Mechanic B and related duties.
