Aptiv is seeking a maintenance technician to service crimping machines and electro-mechanical equipment at our Warwick, RI facility. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and experience with hand and power tools. A minimum of 5–7 years in machine maintenance is expected, with proficiency in MS Office and clear communication.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in electro-mechanical preferred.
• 5–7 years of machine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and data.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and diagnose crimping machinery and equipment for malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines to access components using tools and hoists.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on drives, motors, belts, and fluids.
• Repair machinery using hand tools, welding, and measuring devices.
• Read diagrams and schematics to plan repair work; document actions.
