Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join our Winston-Salem team. This role oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment across shifts, following work orders and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and experience with electrical systems. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and stable, full-time employment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and three years industrial maintenance experience.
One to three years PLC troubleshooting experience.
One to three years experience with Three Phase electrical.
Three years Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
One to two years’ experience with pneumatics.
Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Performs mechanical preventive and repair maintenance on all production equipment per work orders.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to DC equipment and controls.
Understand and troubleshoot electrical phase systems.
Perform equipment installation and welding.
Records work done on forms provided.
Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
Performs equipment changeovers.
Other duties as assigned.
