Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years PLC troubleshooting experience.
• 1–3 years electrical experience including three-phase.
• 3 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years pneumatics experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication, electrical, pneumatics, welding, and rigging.
• Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems; strong problem-solving.
• Good oral and written communication; able to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
• Understand and troubleshoot electrical phase systems.
• Perform equipment installation and welding.
• Records work done on forms provided.
• Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Identifies parts needed and maintains inventory in stockroom.
• Performs equipment changeovers.
• Other duties as assigned.
