Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to act as a focal point in the Maintenance Department during off shifts. You will help ensure directions from management are carried out, perform diagnostic troubleshooting, and monitor predictive maintenance programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on skills in fabrication, electrical, welding, and rigging, with strong communication abilities and the stamina for physical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years industrial maintenance and 1 year PLC programming/troubleshooting experience.
• Associates degree and 1 year PLC programming preferred.
• 3 years experience in fabrication, machine shop, electrical, pneumatics, computers, welding and rigging.
• Good oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Monitors, reports and documents the ABB PM program.
• Observes, reports and documents the OEE program along with the Work Procedures and Inventory Control System.
• Other duties as assigned.
