• 3–5 years in a commercial setting maintaining boilers, hot water heaters and generators.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Make repairs and alterations to facilities.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to troubleshoot problems.
• Meet deadlines and work beyond regular hours when needed.
