We are currently hiring for a Compounding Process Maintenance Mechanic. The position ensures continuous improvement of overall equipment effectiveness, builds people capability, sets and improves equipment and process standards, and enhances process settings for maximum flexibility in processing materials. The role acts as a technical master and coach to the Compounding team.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain processing equipment to meet production needs; quickly and efficiently correct breakdowns and support critical maintenance work as needed.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing; determine replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Execute periodic maintenance in partnership with Process Engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Understand and eliminate process losses due to settings and adjustments.
• Coach the team and develop their capabilities by establishing standards (TPM) for autonomous maintenance (AM).
• Translate OEM material into meaningful standards and train operators accordingly.
• Participate in daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory according to standards.
• Lead continuous improvement events focused on equipment loss reduction.
• Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and problem-solving documentation following SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Exhibit regular attendance, work overtime as needed, and perform other duties as required.
