Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC in Niagara Falls, NY is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) to maintain equipment and systems in our industrial waste process. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and document activities to support safe, efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in heavy industrial settings, with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Rotating shift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively complete preventive maintenance tasks per maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns of equipment and operational downtime.
• Utilize root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with various teams.
• Prioritize work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment and utilities, with required paperwork in the maintenance system.
• Open/close work orders and manage spare parts per plant documentation program.
