Job summary

Staffworks Group has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic in Richmond. This role involves industrial maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including battery pullers, chargers, lighting, pumps, motors, conveyors, and doors. Electrical experience is a plus.

1st & 3rd shift available. Pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, full benefits package, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Night shift availability required.
• Willingness to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems including battery pullers, chargers, lighting, pumps, motors, conveyors, conveyor controls, refrigeration and doors.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment as needed.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document work performed.
