As a Maintenance Mechanic 1, you perform semi‑skilled work in the maintenance, repair, remodeling, alteration, and construction of buildings, facilities, and equipment. You perform general maintenance on both interior and exterior building systems, and you collaborate with other trades and crafts to support new construction and remodeling projects.
This is a full-time (100% FTE) permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
$4,746 to $5,506 | Range 45G (Steps G-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
