In this role, you will perform commercial cleaning, painting, spackling, and minor patching, as well as operate industrial cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaning vans, shampooers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and window-cleaning equipment.You will be responsible for cleaning restrooms, classrooms, apartments, recreational rooms, offices, and similar facilities. You will also move and transport tables, furniture, cleaning equipment, supplies, and other related materials as needed. This position requires the ability to frequently bend, stoop, lift, and move items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, stand and walk continuously throughout your shift, and safely climb and work from ladders.**Additional Information:**This is a **full-time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible.** **Monthly Salary:** $3,485 to $4,633 | Range 38 | Steps A - M Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
