Are you ready to take charge and make a difference? As a Custodian 3, you will lead assigned personnel and perform essential custodial duties. You will regularly assign tasks, provide instructions, and check the work of others to ensure high standards. You will also maintain custodial inventory and conduct training sessions. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, performing snow removal, and other custodial tasks such as emptying waste baskets, cleaning floors, dusting, and cleaning furniture. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy leading a team, this role is perfect for you!
Available Shifts: Monday-Friday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
This is a full time (100% FTE) permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,485 to $4,633 | Range 38 (Step A-M) | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
