Randstad USA is seeking a driven Maintenance Mechanic to contribute hands-on expertise to our plant's performance in New York. This role includes a clear succession plan to advance into Maintenance Manager as the organization grows, with cross-functional plant experience and leadership exposure.

Formación

• 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with food packaging or high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase and read schematics.

Responsabilidades

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food packaging or high-speed manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase and read electrical schematics.
• Proficient with mechanical drawings, hand/power tools, multimeters, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagnostics.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied plant temperatures, with flexible shifts/overtime as needed.

salary: $50,000 - $83,000 per year
