About The Opportunity

Position Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic maintains, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Essential Functions

• Commit to safety and quality standards, following company policies
• Train coworkers as needed
• Communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish
• Operate cranes, trucks, forklifts, and industrial equipment
• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and plant facilities
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs
• Read manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and test repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance regularly
• Use hand tools, meters, and material handling equipment
• Report faulty operations or materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow communication, scheduling, and reporting systems
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Certification (Desired)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• AA Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance

Work Experience (Desired)

Position Details

• 2nd shift: 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm, five days/week
• Overtime may be required
• Wage: $29-$35/hour based on experience
