Maintenance Mechanic, Oak Creek, WI

Starting pay: $26.07 with a $0.70 shift differential for evening shift and $0.80 for night shift.

Shifts:

• Evening: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
• Night: 10:30pm - 7:00am

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment such as reactors, mills, mixing equipment, HVAC, and general facilities.
• Follow plant preventative maintenance programs and complete work orders as assigned.
• Adhere to all site standard operating procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct equipment root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience or equivalent school experience.
• Working mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing site.
