Work Shift:

12hr-D Shift 6:45p-7a Hebron (United States of America)This is an entry level position. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will shadow the Industrial Maintenance Technician I and II roles to learn how to perform repairs, preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receives instructions on specific job task by Industrial Maintenance Technician I & II, andLead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.

• Duties maydifferentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

* Basic mathematical skills are required.

* Basic computer experience.

EDUCATION:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

* May require a current OSHA forkliftcertification.

TRAINING:

* Completion of Altium Industrial Maintenance Technician Itraining.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
