Performs varied facilities maintenance functions including but not limited to; plumbing, steam fitting, pipe covering, mechanical systems, component overhaul, electrical bed maintenance and repair, pneumatic control adjustment, steel fabrication and welding. Assists other trades with installations and repairs as needed.

Essential Functions: Roles and Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Required Skills: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse groups.
Minimum Education: High School or Trade School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience: 2-3 years building maintenance experience; boiler room experience preferred.
Required Licenses: Valid Driver's License for responding to offsite maintenance calls.
Functional Demands: Must lift 50 lbs; wear protective equipment if required.
Age-Specific Criteria: Non-patient care provider.
All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
