Job Description

An experienced professional is needed to take charge of repair and maintenance of all plant equipment. The role involves following established methods and procedures, as well as establishing new standards of work performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment in operational condition and perform assigned tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and sanitation departments to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the area, shutting down lines as necessary to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist others in solving mechanical issues.
• Coordinate scheduling with personnel to ensure equipment functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
