Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain boiler systems.
2. Repair CO2 receivers.
3. Maintain and repair Can & Bottle Clean in Place (CIP) systems.
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues, including single/three phase and low voltage.
5. Change over, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fillers (Crown Rotary, Solbern Cascade, US Bottler).
6. Maintain and repair can level sensors and dud detectors (Filtec FT 50).
7. Repair Nitrogen receivers.
8. Repair pallet inverters.
9. Operate and repair NH3 refrigeration systems.
10. Change over, adjust, set up, maintain, and repair can line seamers (Angelus 120).
11. Operate and maintain the Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) system.
12. Maintain UV systems.
13. Adjust and repair Siligan Vision systems.
14. Adjust and repair Inspx X-Ray systems.
15. Perform basic electrical installations.
16. Troubleshoot, program, and install Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
17. Work independently with minimal supervision.
18. Assist in training maintenance mechanics.
