Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic with HVAC expertise. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience and possess a Boilers License. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting is also required, along with the ability to adapt to the dynamic hospitality schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, monitor, repair, and perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair malfunctioning equipment
  • Document completed repairs and identify items needing further attention
