Job summary

Sanimax is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the Green Bay production team on a 2/2/3 schedule, with day and night shifts from 6 am–6:20 pm or 6 pm–6:20 am. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, with welding, pipefitting, and electrical assist duties.

Ideal candidates have experience with manufacturing equipment, can read blueprints, and follow strict safety protocols. Benefits include health and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and uniforms/PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial/manufacturing equipment and welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE usage.
• Willingness to work a 2/2/3 day schedule (6am–6:20pm or 6pm–6:20am).

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and cutting on steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
• Understand safe work practices including: lock out tag out, confined space entry, ladder and climbing safety, hot work permits.
• Repair pipefitting and plumbing.
• Assist electricians with mounting and unmounting motors and gear drives.
• Repair, rebuild and replace pumps.
• Perform general cleaning within the production plant and maintenance areas.
• Lift, move and rig heavy/awkward equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Repair, maintain and assist in the operations of waste water, air pollution systems and blending /grain silos.
• Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner.
• Follow department and company procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance; reliability essential for operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Keep up regular attendance, regular attendance is essential for the smooth operation of this company and department success
• Other duties as assigned

Experience
