Sanimax in Green Bay is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations for our vehicle fleet and ensure safe, reliable transportation. You will supervise two direct reports and drive the preventive maintenance program. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in transportation.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in US transportation regulations.
• Experience in developing technical requirements for rolling stock.
• Ability to travel to South St. Paul.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2 direct reports.
• Follow up on internal repair activities with Sanimax and suppliers.
• Implement the preventive maintenance program.
• Manage bid requests and purchases and follow‑ups with suppliers.
• Manage the maintenance training program and deployment of training.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and best practices.
• Manage the maintenance system and help design standardized processes.
• Participate in a global purchasing program and best practices.
• Optimize asset use through projects related to equipment and services.
• Produce and analyze KPIs and track costs for equipment.
• Audit asset management processes.
• Track transportation projects in the IT Guide system and monitor costs and durations.
• Standardize the fleet of rolling equipment.
• Increase service levels by reducing road breakdowns.
• Reduce maintenance costs.
• Standardize processes and systems related to maintenance and fleet.

Specific Responsibilities

• Supervision of 2 direct reports
• Follow up on internal repair activities with Sanimax and suppliers
• Implement the preventive maintenance program
• Manage bid requests and purchases as well as follow‑ups with suppliers
• Manage the maintenance training program – creation and deployment of training
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and best practices
• Ensure the management of the maintenance system and participate in the design of standardized processes of use
• Participate in the implementation of a global purchasing program and best practices
• Optimize the use of assets through various projects related to equipment and services
• Produce and analyze performance indicators (KPIs)
• Track costs for equipment
• Audit asset management processes
• Track and create transportation projects in the IT Guide system as needed and track openings and closings, costs and duration of transportation projects
• Standardize the fleet of rolling equipment
• Increase the level of service (decrease the number of breakdowns on the road)
• Reduce maintenance costs
• Standardization of processes and systems related to maintenance and the fleet
