Position Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Perform maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
2. Conduct general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and/or painting.
3. Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain proper service documentation.
4. Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
5. Collaborate closely with HVAC Technicians, Chief Engineers, and other team members.
6. Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs.
7. Support on-call or emergency response situations, if applicable.
8. Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Ability to join the Apprentice program, if applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive.
• Strong customer service skills.

Compensation

Estimated total compensation for this position: $68,661.00 USD per year.

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market data alignment.
