Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented professional for a full-time position in an industrial manufacturing plant. The role offers 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $30-$45 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and repair industrial process equipment.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
3. Rebuild pumps, gearboxes, and drives.
4. Properly remove and install bearings and seals.
5. Install and align pumps and motors.
6. Basic hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
7. Work with 460V 3-phase power and 120V control circuits.
8. Wire motors and perform welding and cutting torch operations.
9. Perform general plumbing and pipe fitting tasks.
10. Work safely both independently and with others.

Requirements

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with industrial power and hand tools.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with electrical wiring, welding, and pipe fitting.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team or alone.
