Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years leading maintenance/operations teams in a warehouse or factory.
• 5+ years working with conveyors and powered industrial trucks.
• Experience using information systems to measure and improve KPIs.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Command a team responsible for reliability and performance of warehouse assets and production equipment.
• Apply data to measure and grade team performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for downtime events.
• Lead preventative and reactive equipment repairs.
• Influence continuous improvement projects targeting KPIs (injury rates, uptime, MTTR, capacity).
• Initiate Capital Expenditure projects to support building and network projects.
• Direct maintenance procurement activities to meet budgets.
• Partner with internal and external teams and observe third-party vendors.
