Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required in a manufacturing field.
• 4–6 years of related experience in high-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean, Kaizen and TPM experience with continuous improvement focus.
• Ability to read blueprints and machine drawings; interpret manuals and Visio diagrams.
• Capable of supervising, coaching and developing maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient operation of a modern food processing facility.
• Supervise maintenance team; provide training and clear expectations.
• Develop skills and career plans for front-line staff.
• Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting and upgrades of equipment and systems.
• Manage budgets, preventive maintenance programs and TPM initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA and related regs.
