Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong TPM and continuous improvement background.
• Ability to read blueprints and machine drawings; proficient with Visio.
• Experience with 3-phase power systems and PLC controls.
• Capable of budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team; set clear expectations and drive ownership.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and TPM programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and state agencies.
• Coordinate with engineering on plant projects and equipment modifications.
• Manage department budget, inventory, and maintenance records.
• Respond to on-call maintenance issues and ensure rapid resolution.
