Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance ensuring safety, appearance, and reliability of facilities. You will respond to maintenance requests, manage routine repairs, and support life safety training. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, attention to detail, and collaborative work with the Executive Director to keep the community well-maintained and welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Eligibility: 2+ years relevant maintenance experience.
• Good communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and public.
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly.
• Basic reporting and organizational skills.
• Punctual attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance to keep facility safe, attractive, and well maintained.
• Assist the Executive Director with fire and life safety training and drills.
• Address maintenance requests via reports and log system with 24-hour response time.
• Carry out minor repairs and upkeep tasks.
