Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife in Zelienople, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Facilities team and oversee plant operations, grounds, and security at our continuing care community. This is a daytime role with a 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift.

You will ensure life-safety compliance and provide a safe, esthetically pleasing environment for residents, guests and staff, while guiding maintenance, engineering, and team development, and maintaining 24/7 readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years equivalent practical experience in facility management environment.
• Experience in a Healthcare senior living, hospital, hotel, or university setting preferred, preferably in Long Term Care.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing employees preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

• Oversee maintenance department including plant operations, grounds, and security.
• Ensure life safety compliance and a safe environment for residents, guests and staff.
• Manage team and coordinate repairs and systems engineering.
