Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous maintenance, mechanical, or electrical experience preferred.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to prioritize work orders and respond effectively to changing needs.
• A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to keep them safe, attractive, and functional.
• Respond to maintenance needs across the community and minimize disruptions.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance for reliable systems.
