Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility in St. Paul, Minnesota.

You will oversee a team of maintenance technicians, drive reliability, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in industrial maintenance, strong PLC troubleshooting skills, CMMS experience, and a track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading industrial maintenance teams.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Steam and boiler experience.
• CMMS experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance team
• Maximize equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
• Partner with Production to reduce downtime
• Manage vendors, maintenance inventory and departmental budgets
• Lead equipment installations and capital improvement projects
• Ensure OSHA and Lockout/Tagout compliance

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility. This position oversees a team of maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining highly automated production equipment. If you're a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, developing technicians, and driving continuous improvement, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance team
• Maximize equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC-controlled equipment
• Manage CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
